Adventurous Business was founded by:
Alan Chambers MBE, polar adventurer and leader of the first successful British unsupported expedition to the geographic North Pole for which he was recognised for ‘demonstrating exceptional leadership in the face of extreme adversity’.
Dr Richard Hale, specialist in corporate management and leadership development, author of several books including, with Alan Chambers Keep Walking: Leadership Learning in Action. and innovator in the field of work based action learning and qualifications.
