In times of adversity true leaders emerge and inspire their teams with the confidence to mobilise and achieve exceptional results. Effective leadership entails leading oneself, teams and organisations. Leadership in Adversity is the flagship workshop of Adventurous Business and is offered in-house for organisations in the corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors. We inspire organisationla leaders by providing first hand access to leaders who are internationally recognised and distinguished in their respective fields of polar adventure and top flight rugby union.

‘Keep Safe’ Leadership Workshop
Developed initially through our work with Costain Construction, this workshop reinforces key messages about the management of risk, behavioural safety and the cultural and leadership aspects of working in an environment where health and safety management is critical.
Building on the inspirational stories and experience of Alan Chambers MBE in his polar expeditions and Phil Davies as a rugby player and coach, this workshop goes beyond motivation alone to ensuring that there is a change in behavious back in the workplace.
